Judo Bank is on the lookout for a Deposit Product Analyst to help Judo assess the data we have about our customers, products and pricing so we can better manage and develop our Deposit products.

Now, about this role… If you love: Working on Judo's Deposit productsBeing a part of a team, delivering results and helping to improve what we doWorking in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help build the foundations of JudoThen this just might be… Assess the data we have about our customers, products and pricing so we can better manage and develop our Deposit products, minimise risk and safely grow our Deposit businessAssist with the delivery of day-to-day management of Judo's Deposit pricing including reporting, data analysis, validation, insight generation, forecasting and assuranceEvaluate our system and data, gather insights, product regular and ad-hoc reporting so we can make the right decisions for our customers and our businessHelp solve issues identified within the Deposit business by effectively analysing information and making recommendations on improvementsWork closely with other members of the Deposit Team, Treasury, Finance and Risk to deliver on Judo's Funding StrategyAssist with market research and analysing competitor and market data, identifying consumer behaviours and trends so we can better manage our Deposit funding, make margin vs volume trade-offs and improve product performanceAssist with the preparation and management of our regulatory reporting such as FCS and FATCA/CRSHelp mitigate risks and ensure we're meeting our legal and regulatory obligationsBe self-motivated and can work independently to understand, interpret & deliver against business & customer needsBe comfortable working in a regulated environment & working in conjunction with our risk, assurance & legal teams to ensure our products meet customer expectationsDesired Skills and ExperienceA little bit about you… The skills you've picked up along the way: Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong attention to detail & ability to engage with different stakeholders, communicating requirements and business insights succinctlyDeveloping Commercial acumen to support identification of opportunitiesStrong numeric ability, including the ability to analyse complex data and draw insightsAdvanced excel (SQL a nice to have too), some exposure to PowerBI or similar and a good 'analytical toolkit' to support report building and insight deliveryAbility to work independently, as part of a team and multi-task effectivelyAbility to think big, but also get into the weeds and do the hard stuffKnowledge of the financial service landscape and associated regulatory environmentExperience: Experience in the banking &/or finance industryExperience working within a Deposit business and understanding of Deposit customer needsAustralian working rightsOur Values Accountability – make the decision and own it.
