If you have experience in construction and maintenance of Sealed Roads, Seal Application, Asphalt Application and Plant Operation, and you want job security without all the travel and working away from home, then this may be the job for you As part of the Works team, the Road Worker – Sealed Roads is responsible for undertaking a range of civil construction and infrastructure maintenance works across the Shire.
The successful candidate will have accreditations and experience relating to general road maintenance or civil construction, the ability to use heavy equipment, and be able to work effectively and safely as part of a team.
The RoleWorking from Council's Castlemaine depot, the key responsibilities undertaken by the Road Worker – Sealed Roads include:
