Since 1998, Arriba Group has grown to over 600 staff across more than 40 offices nationwideAbout YouRegistration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORCTertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (completed 5th year - Masters Degree)Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plansPride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skillsArriba is made up of innovators - we want our staff to bring new ideas to the tableThe RoleDeliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstancesConduct assessments to help guide people toward their new careerCollaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clientsIdentify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforceVisit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good workYour Next StepIf this sound like the right role for you then apply now
