Experienced Revit Draftsperson Position – SPAX Architecture SPAX Architecture is a boutique design firm specialising in single residential, small to medium-sized developments, and retail fit-out projects.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Revit Draftsperson to join our collaborative team.
This role focuses on producing council approval drawings and documentation with a solid understanding of construction requirements.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing detailed drawings for council submissions and have strong construction knowledge.
Experience with single residential, small to medium-sized developments, and retail fit-outs is essential.
Key Skills and Attributes: Approximately 5+ years of local drafting experience, particularly with residential and retail fit-outsAdvanced proficiency in Revit (essential)Strong understanding of the NCC, R-Codes, and relevant Australian StandardsFamiliarity with council submission requirements and construction documentationDegree or diploma in drafting or a related field from a recognised Australian institutionSolid construction knowledge for thorough and accurate documentationExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to workEffective time management, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlinesMust be an Australian resident or hold a valid Australian work permitWhy SPAX Architecture?
