About the role Laing O'Rourke is the Managing Contractor for the Initial Works and Early Works package of Suburban Rail Loop; the huge package of works includes preparing sites for the launch of tunnel boring machines, moving andprotecting underground services, ground improvement, geotechnical investigations and roads modifications for this city-shaping project.
We are currently seeking Site Engineers with Utilities (specialising in Gas) experience for the SRL Projectin Melbourne, Vic.
This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise. Key responsibilities As Site Engineer, you will plan and sequence construction activities, track costs, manage subcontractors, interface with design management and construction delivery team, whilst always adhering to Laing O'Rourke's safety policies and procedures.

About you You will have a relevant Engineering degree, a contracting background, strong delivery focus and experience in delivering large-scale, complex building or infrastructure projects with top-tier contractors.
