Based at our Mackay division, this position involves overseeing the maintenance schedules, safety checks, and compliance measures for all machinery and equipment within the workshop, while also promoting a strong safety culture among the team.

The role:

Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring all equipment is available, operational, and safe to use Manage and coordinate workshop activities, including repairs, servicing, and maintenance Ensure that workshop tools, vehicles, and equipment are well maintained, regularly serviced, and compliant with relevant regulations Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities Prepare reports for management regarding equipment performance, workshop efficiency, and safety compliance Conduct safety briefings and ensure regular safety audits are performed in the workshop About you:

Proven experience in a workshop or equipment management role Strong understanding of safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and compliance standards Experience in conducting equipment inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits Familiarity with isolations, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and regulatory compliance for equipment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Current HR Driving licence Proficient in maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports Experience as a Level 3 Belt Technician Hold Full Australian Work Rights What's in it for you?
