SLR's rapidly growing social performance team is looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with a strong background in designing and delivering Social Impact Assessments, first nations engagement, and designing and implementing community and stakeholder engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Social Performance team across APAC.
Provide specialist advice to clients on social impact assessment, including SIA management plans, ensuring full consideration of social and community needs, priorities, and perceptions, while meeting relevant Australian requirements and complying with relevant international standards.
Complete projects to a high standard in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management, and overall client satisfaction.
Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and other leading consultants from other disciplines, collaborating with others on the national scene.
Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures.
Contribute to our proud company culture.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in Social Performance / Social Impact / Communications and Engagement roles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, social sciences, or a related field.
Knowledge of Social Impact Assessment and ability to adhere to national and international standards.
Experience in developing organization and project sustainability strategies to achieve outcomes for our clients.
Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation, and resilience.
Proven ability to do strategic business development.
Positive, can-do attitude, and an ability to work with multiple disciplines and teams across a large dynamic business.
Experience in the consulting industry is preferred.
