Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Revenue to drive revenue growth and optimize performance across all departments.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven decision-making and market analysis to maximize profitability and ensure the continued success of our luxury property.
Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine: Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends.
Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
