We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Strategic Planner to join our high-performing product team.
As a Marketer at swipejobs, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business growth and market expansionAnalyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategiesCollaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (social, digital, email, etc)Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve performanceSupport brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channelsPresent insights and recommendations to senior managementExperience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or recruitment sectorsStrong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and toolsExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to generate innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet marketing objectivesProven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales teamsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldWhy swipejobs: A chance to work on a market-leading US software productWorking in a start-up environment with modern offices located in North SydneyA flat organisational structure where everyone is always accessibleOperating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that provides exciting challenges dailyFood provided throughout the day whilst working in the office including a free lunchRegular social events in and outside the officeHow to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to apply now
