About the role
In this role, you'll manage electrical services design and documentation with the Directors, following company policies and job management systems. You'll ensure timely information flow, manage project risks, and build client relationships. Responsibilities include:
Client communicationSite inspectionsElectrical calculationsStrategic design inputContract administrationCoordinating multi-service drawings with AutoCADRequirements for this role
Manage project risks formally. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations. Conduct site inspections and meetings. Perform electrical calculations. Provide strategic design input and resolve issues. Contribute to schedules and specifications. Handle contract administration, including checking shop drawings, answering RFIs, and site inspections. Draft using AutoCAD as needed. Coordinate multi-service drawings, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, and lifts.
