About the Team
We're looking for a passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Mexico City - Mexico.
You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and satisfaction.
This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a hypergrowth work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies.
Responsibilities
Establish and grow agency relationships by seeking partnerships across various agency teamsAcquire potential agencies on our platformServe as external product expert, educating agencies on TikTok product solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results through building compelling data-driven storylines that are customized to the Agency/Client's businessProvide scaled media strategy and planning support, while monitoring, analyzing campaign performance to make proactive recommendations to improve resultsCoach and enable agencies to effectively pitch new businessDevelop long-term strategic plans and conduct quarterly business reviews to build productive relationships with key Agency stakeholders and their clientsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely mannerPrioritize book of business based on understanding of agency opportunities to reach your goals while ensuring exceptional client service across book of businessPartner with cross-functional team members to deliver scaled strategic initiativesServe as the voice-of-the-customer providing insights/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to build and expand the Agency teamQualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience or agencyAgency experience or Agency partnerships experienceExperience in the marketing/social media/advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.Excellent verbal and written English language skillsPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of a self-serve platform, auction, or programmatic ad products.Experience of acquiring new clients/agenciesProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunitiesPassionate about TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom upAbility to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders being creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategistExperience prioritizing and managing projects and tasks within a fast paced environmentA team player and collaborator with the ability to perform well in a rapidly growing environmentTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
