Commencing in January 2025, the Business Intelligence Analyst (Sales Systems & Insights) role is an entry-level position that supports and manages systems for the On and Off premise teams.
To ensure our sales departments are running smoothly, the Sales Systems & Insights Analyst works to solve issues with our reporting applications, finds new ways to ensure our data is kept clean and ensures our reporting is reliable and accurate.
Job Description DATA MANAGEMENT & INSIGHTS DEVELOPMENT Maintain monthly Red Bull distribution partner data (depletions), including data receival, transformation, loading & reporting Ensuring our data is clean and recommending ways we can do it better Ensure customer segmentation maintenance in line with local and international guidelines Support the Key Account Managers by providing requested insights & report creation using BI tools Maintain the Sales Dashboard using Business Intelligence reporting tools SALES & CATEGORY REPORTING Own the Daily Sales Report and EOM Report Deliver our monthly business reporting schedule to local, regional & HQ required timelines Provide assistance to National Sales Team in running and preparing reports where required such as HQ and Regional presentations FIELD SYSTEM OFF PREMISE Maintain the iPad application used by Off Premise sales representatives, act as the first support function for resolving any errors/issues Perform any required updates to Field System and Reports in line with any updates to measurement criteria Develop new audit questions to improve in-store performance tracking in-line with Head of Field briefs Play key role in supporting Head of Field in the implementation of future field measurement systems FIELD SYSTEM ON PREMISE Maintain the iPad application used by On Premise sales representatives, act as the first support function for resolving any errors/issues Build & manage weekly KPI reporting for the On Premise sales representatives, as per briefing from the On Premise Head of Field Setup and manage the On Premise planning tool periodically through the year.
Conduct trainings to induct new starters on how to use Red Bull systems Qualifications Tertiary educated in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or IT (or similar) Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, predominately Excel Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across functional teams, preferably gained from internship or professional experience Experience using PowerBI/Tableau (or other data visualisation tools), SQL & Python strongly preferred
