The Role A Senior Finance Analyst position is available in our growing Finance team.
This role sits within the Finance Commercial Business partnering team reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager/Commercial Manager and is responsible for helping provide business partnering, performance management, planning, financial governance and decision support to the Sales Director and their teams.
The role will also support the broader finance teams as well as key business wide, strategic and finance projects.

Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Supports the weekly Agenda process including stakeholder alignment.Supports the Quarterly Forecasting Process.Supports the Annual Budget Process.Supports the annual Quota setting, awards, and quota P&L process.Partners with the Marketing team to support the Franchise specific input into LRFP. Performance Management: P&L control, analysis and insight for the Franchise you support.Responsible for Month-end close for the Franchise you support.Provides variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results.Provides key monthly & ad hoc performance reporting for your Franchise.

Decision Support: Assists in providing modelling and inputs necessary to support stakeholders in making business decisions.Support across business as usual, customer tenders, ROI, capital expenditure, contracts, and other investment appraisals. Projects: As identified in line with organisational goals.Support Franchise specific projects and initiatives.Support Business wide strategic initiatives.Support finance Strategic projects and initiatives e.g.
Continuous improvement. Team: Team coverage and support.Support the education and training across the finance team.Support the Development of financial acumen across the Franchise you support. Critical Requirements (e.g.
skills, experience, qualifications): Bachelor's degree in finance related topic.Strong relationship building abilities.Takes initiative and actively problem solves.Good time, task and organisational management skills.Able to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations.CA/CPA qualified or working towards it is strongly preferred.Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge with the ability to leverage advanced formulas, Macros, tools and shortcuts to efficiently and effectively analyse and provide insights on data strongly preferred.Able to create advanced Power BI reports as well as provide coaching and support to other team members preferred.
