Plant Maintenance Engineering Manager – Sydney
Salary:
Up to $150,000 + Super
Are you a skilled leader in plant maintenance and engineering? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global facilities services company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that ensure safe and efficient workplaces.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Branch General Manager, you'll lead a proactive maintenance team to ensure optimal plant performance, efficiency, and compliance. Your focus will include preventative maintenance, minimising downtime, driving operational improvements, and overseeing critical projects and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment.
Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules, tracking activities in CMMS.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, preparing Capex proposals.
Lead upgrade and installation projects in collaboration with regional teams.
Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high safety standards.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree or Trade Certification (Mechanical/Electrical) with extensive plant maintenance experience.
5+ years in a Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager role or similar.
Proven leadership in safety risk management and corrective measures.
Strong knowledge of AUS/NZ standards, WHS protocols, and LEAN manufacturing principles.
Valid Driver's License.
