Manager - Strategy and Business Development Job Responsibilities The Strategy and Business Development Manager spearheads strategic planning and business development for the Macmahon Underground Business Unit, driving sustainable growth, enhancing business performance, and boosting profitability.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager Pre-Contracts,Underground to develop annual Business Plan.
Provide high-level strategic advice and recommendations to the Underground Executive Leadership Team.
Influence and inform the Macmahon corporate strategy and business plan.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, budgets, and balanced scorecard metrics.
Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new business opportunities using a structured and analytical approach.
Promote Macmahon's profile by prospecting and fostering client relationships.
Cultivate a diverse network of contacts receptive to Macmahon's value proposition.
