Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy)Westgold are seeking 2 highly skilled and motivated Drill Fitters who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail and have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems.The role includes:Travelling to and working at all Westgold locations to perform scheduled maintenance and provide technical support to the site maintenance teams. You will be working within a small team of Drill Specialists to achieve high standards in preventative maintenance, fault finding and machine reliability. You will have the ability to work independently and hold safety in the highest regards.Key responsibilities will include:Perform fault diagnosis, maintain and repair associated drill rigs.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues. Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent potential problems.Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
