The Role
This role is for a highly motivated person who has a passion for people.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, this role will assist and coordinate with general HR duties, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail and organisation.
As the onboarding champion, you will also work closely with our Talent Acquisitions Lead and hiring managers to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company.
This role is fast-paced and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with stakeholders throughout the business.
We require a dedicated and accountable person with a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes with the support of the People & Culture team.
This position will be based in our Head Office at Fortitude Valley.
What You Need
Qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and delivery of high-quality outcomes Strong administration experience with a trusted ability to uphold strict levels of confidentiality Strong organisational and time management skills Initiative, energy and drive Embrace our 5 Guiding Principles and Core Values of being: Respectful, Patient, Flexible, Accountable and Focused Working With Pensar
