What You'll Be Doing: This role ensures thorough and compliant investigations within the Local Health District while supporting industrial matters and advising on key processes.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Overseeing investigations to meet legal and policy standards.
Providing expert advice on NSW Health and WSLHD investigation practices.
Supporting industrial relations in partnership with senior specialists.
Ensuring KPIs and compliance requirements are achieved.
Facilitating effective processes for managers and stakeholders.

Sound knowledge and practical experience of employment law and all elements of procedural fairness in the context of workplace investigations.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills relating to the assessment, review or investigation of complex concerns raised regarding employee conduct within the parameters of relevant legislation, policy and guidelines.
