This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.DAY IN THE LIFE:This role focuses on delivering exceptional 1:1 customer service, styling our customers to perfection, and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
You'll manage team performance, stock levels, and ensure the store reflects Portmans high standards.WHAT WE OFFER:Hourly rate + penalty rates for late night, weekend and public holiday work.Monthly and seasonal bonuses based on sales and shrink results.Up to 70% discount on Portmans products.Access to exclusive discounts via the Just Us Portal such as Anytime Fitness membership discountStructured 3 month training plan with Buddy Manager support.
Attend Leadership and Recruitment Workshops.DAY IN THE LIFE:Lead your team to achieve sales targets while offering personalized styling and service.Curate stylish outfits, build loyal customer relationships, and create a chic store atmosphere.Coach and develop your team, manage stock, and update visual displays.Efficiently roster and ensure the store runs smoothly and fashionably.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL/WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Fashion retail management experience is essential for this role.Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPIs.Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours.Experienced in managing inventory and reducing stock loss.Strong at coaching and developing teams, driving succession.ABOUT PORTMANS:Established in Melbourne in the 1940's, Portmans has become a style authority and arms you with the fashion inspiration to style up your own unique look.
