SLR has a great opportunity within the APAC Finance Team for a motivated and competent Billings Administrator to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Project set up and review Raising invoices daily/monthly Investigate invoices for disparities and process credits and adjustments Maintaining account records Liaising with consultants and clients Processing timesheets Ad hoc analysis and reports Skills and experience
Ideally you will also have the following attributes:
Minimum 3 years' experience coupled with relevant qualifications or working towards an appropriate qualification.
Excellent organisational skills/multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with bookkeeping Team player Client service attitude Our benefits at SLR include:
