About the business and the role
ConX Hire is a locally owned and operated Business that Supply small and large plant to construction and Building Industry.
Customers spread around Melbourne Metro and throughout Victoria.
As an sales representative , your job is to strategically find new clients and keep a good relationship with current clients in Melbourne metro .
Visit customers and meet them regular basis and build a good relationships.
work in a team environment and value the "ConX Hire" culture.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Core objectives include:
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Day-to-day duties
Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending meetings, and industry events
Main duties
Contacting clients regular basis.
Developing quotes and proposals
Develop new and existing customer relationships by leveraging a consultative sales approach that results in increased sales and customer satisfaction
Be responsible for sales pipeline, account plan development and budget/goal management
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Report to management pipeline progress and get pricing approved
About You
Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
Good knowledge about the Plant Hire Industry
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience
Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally
Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members
