Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Hotel Indigo Potts Point is looking for a friendly and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our vibrant team. With stunning views and a stylish atmosphere, we pride ourselves on creating a memorable stay for every guest.
Position Overview:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding service and assistance to our guests from check-in to check-out. Your role will be essential in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Manage reservations and handle billing processes accurately.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or hotel environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software is a plus.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
