Experienced Grill Cook

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Grill Cook to handle grilling operations, assist with food preparation, and supervise other kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for food quality and a strong understanding of kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook burgers, sides, and other menu items on the grill to perfection.Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.Assist with kitchen prep work, including cutting vegetables, preparing sauces, and organizing ingredients.Supervise and guide kitchen staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.Monitor grill and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and functionality.Maintain inventory and communicate stock needs with management.Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer expectations and uphold brand standards.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook, preferably in a burger or fast-food setting.Strong leadership and team supervision skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience.Flexible work hours (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual).Opportunities for career growth within our business.A supportive and fun working environment.If you're passionate about grilling and ready to take your career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you
