This position offers an opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with blue-collar employees is highly desired.
From recruitment to offboarding and everything in between, your contribution to our employee lifecycle management will help shape our organisational culture and enhance the employee experience.
As the Human Resources Administrator at CSF Industries, your role will include: HR Administration: Manage all HR tasks, including employment documentation, letter generation, policy management, and maintaining staff files.Monitor, track and co-ordinate the completion of activities such as probation reviews and performance reviews.Contribute to reviewing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.Promote positive employee relations, support conflict resolution, and enforce HR policies as required.Act as a point of contact to staff and assist our Industrial Relations Consultant regarding conflict resolution, performance management, workplace grievances and all Industrial Relation matters.Provide support to team leaders on handling employee related matters in line with company policies and legal requirements.Oversee our HR information system to keep employee records up to date.Recruitment & Onboarding: Co-ordinate recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.Co-ordinate with other divisions for asset allocation, payroll setup, and company induction.Apprenticeship Management: Support our apprentices' journey from onboarding through to being trade qualified.Support the team leaders to guide and mentor apprentices.Employee Engagement: Contribute to creating a vibrant company culture by coordinating health, wellbeing, and people initiatives.Skills and Experiences: About you: Experience in Administration/HR admin rolesPeople person, with a warm and approachable personalityUnderstanding of HR practices and legislation is desirableAbility to work autonomously and use initiativeExcellent communication (written & verbal) and organisational skillsStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectivelyAttention to detail and adherence to administrative proceduresCome and join us
