About the role Join our inclusive Integrated Scheduling & Planning team at our state-of-the-art operations centre in Perth.
We are looking for a Senior Advisor Playbooks to develop, maintain and govern playbooks across the Rio Tinto Iron Ore value chain, to drive system-centric mindsets, behaviours and practices to maximise system value.
Reporting to the Principal Playbooks, you will:
Develop, govern and maintain playbooks across the Rio Tinto Iron Ore, focussing on driving systems thinking throughout the organisationContribute to the project management of the end to end playbook process through the four key phases: engage, develop, operationalise and sustainBuild strong and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across the supply chainCoach and mentor other team members on systems thinkingProvide representation and backfill support for Principal as requiredTravel to site as required to support Playbook activitiesWhat you'll bring To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team membersDeep technical understanding and experience in the Iron Ore supply chain (Mine, Rail, Port), with operational experienceTechnical understanding of systems thinking leveraging Theory of Constraints or Lean ThinkingAbility to apply critical thinking and deal with ambiguous situations to solve complex problemsStrong stakeholder engagement and partnership qualities displaying ability to lead through changeSound skills relating to influencing, communication, collaboration and conflict resolutionC Class manual licenceIf you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn't align 100% we still want to hear from you.
