Team Leader

Based in a lovely pocket of Melbourne's Inner South Eastern precinct, this is an extremely rare opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio with a full-time assistant they will oversee (as well as admin/reception staff) and work closely with the BDM to drum up new business
This is an ideal role for an existing Team Leader looking for a change, or a Senior Property Manager who is keen to expand their skill set and step up to take on a leadership role.
This role will be majority based in the office so you can support, mentor, and train the team and look after escalated issues that arise, most of the out of office is taken care of.
Our client uses the most up-to-date software including PropertyME, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express.
Training and development are very important, as is workplace culture and camaraderie.
Great flexibility will be offered to the right candidate as well as one permanent day weekly from home if you wish.
The successful candidate must possess a genuine interest in managing, growing, and developing a department.
You must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate and Australian Drivers License.
A proactive approach, career ambition, and thorough knowledge of property and people management will ensure your success.
