Are looking for an enjoyable and meaningful career About the Role: As an Educator you will create and maintain fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments as well as maintain excellent relationships with families, children and other team members.
You will be required to record children's progress, routines and interests as well as ensure compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices.
Our relationships with families and children is of utmost importance to us and we strive to support our families and children to feel part of our Somerville Cottage family.
Our centre prides itself on a warm friendly atmosphere that has often been referred to as an extension of the home.
We aim to provide care that compliments and extends the home life, supporting families to meet their child's needs to the best of our ability.
What you'll need: Have a Diploma in Childhood Education & Care.
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, Current and valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
