A joint venture between TOMRA Collections, global leader in reverse vending technology, and Cleanaway, Australia's largest waste management and resource recovery organisation, TOMRA Cleanaway is an organisation that is 'driving value from recycling' by being at the forefront of the domestic circular economy in Australia.
TOMRA Cleanaway is proud to have been appointed as the Network Operator for the incoming Tasmanian Container Refund Scheme, 'Recycle Rewards' commencing early 2025.
Operating across Tasmania, at the heart of what we do is developing meaningful, local partnerships that generate active community participation in container deposit schemes.
The position: We have an opportunity for an Internal Auditor who will be responsible for the execution of the annual Internal Audit plan as approved by the TOMRA Cleanaway Board in order to ensure overall integrity of the JV operations.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the role will be primarily responsible for the planning and execution of audits, writing reports to management, providing directions and appropriate support on operational risk and control matters, and providing clarity to senior management on control failures and deficiencies.
