Remuneration: $112,409.33 - $116,039.92 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.

What you'll be doing Responsible to the Inpatients Pharmacy Coordinator for the provision of comprehensive pharmacy services to patients at Westmead Hospital and ensure the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines.

Essential Criteria: Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g.
Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRASelection Criteria: Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)Demonstrated extensive experience in clinical hospital pharmacy with satisfactory pharmacy dispensing experience in Australia (or equivalent)Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practiceDemonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice changeExcellent time management with attention to detailRequisition ID: REQ522048 Applications Close: 06th January 2025 Need more information?
