We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join our Hospital on a permanent basis.
All Natural Vet Care is a leader in Veterinary Care, we are an Integrative clinic, meaning we take a holistic approach to understanding our patient's health, offering both Conventional Western medicine as well as modalities such as acupuncture and herbal medicine to improve their lives.

Our Russell Lea Hospital is located 15 minutes from the CBD, featuring 4 consulting suites, a sterile surgery, a treatment room, and a separate physiotherapy room.
We are well-equipped with laboratory, digital x-ray, class 3b laser, ultrasound, IM3 dental, and Bair Hugger.
Plus a new state-of-the-art Underwater Treadmill to support patient rehabilitation.
Russell Lea is located a 2-minute walk from the famous Bay Run and 5 minutes from the M4/Westconnex.
The hospital has an experienced team and a well-established customer base.
About Your New Role
Assisting in surgeries Focusing on outpatient care through extended consultations Performing day procedures, with most in-patient care referred out Assisting with stock ordering, sending out medications, and equipment maintenance Navigating individualised written care plans with clients which our veterinarians design for each case Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and pet guardians Having a passion for animal nutrition is a bonus Some driving of our social media channels if you wish to, but not essential We respect lunch breaks and you leaving on time
About You:
Certificate IV or equivalent 1+ years of experience working as a Veterinary Nurse Medical and Surgical Nursing providing support with: Intravenous catheter placement Inducing anaesthetic Intubating patients (not essential) Clipping/preparing animals for surgery Monitoring anaesthesia Intravenous fluids Patient recovery Admitting and discharging surgical and procedure patients Radiography Hygiene maintenance - cleaning and disinfection of cages, floors, bench tops, consulting rooms, waiting room, surgeries Maintaining equipment to keep in good working order General administrative tasks Interest in holistic care and curiosity to learn more about Integrative Medicine Positive Mindset Strong communication and customer service skills Exceptional organisational skills What We Offer
