Reporting to the Administration Manager at St Francis, Grafton, you will be providing a high level of customer service, roster management and administrative support to employees, residents, visitors and guests within the home.
This is a multi-faceted role requiring good time management, superb communication and strong administration skills.
You'll be responsible for:
Providing strong administrative support to the home leadership teamManaging the fulfilment and publishing of the fortnightly roster, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employeesAssisting with occupancy of roomsCreating a welcoming home environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceProviding high quality service to families and the communityTo be successful in this role you'll need A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderlyProven Administration experience in a busy roleCert II or III in Business Administration or something similarIdeally used Humanforce for shift/roster managementAble to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – this will be testedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearanceWhat we can offer you Competitive hourly pay rateNot-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym benefitsPaid Parental leaveLong Service leave after 5 yearsAdditional week of leave for Enterprise Agreement shift workers40+ Locations across NSW and QLD if you choose to moveA values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsWe know you have many choices of employer - choose Catholic Healthcare where you can make a positive impact and be well rewarded.
