You want to stay in the trades/construction industry but would love to get into something that's less demanding on your body.You've got a good eye for details and often catch the things other people have missed.You're great with clients and you genuinely love to see how the clients react to a job well done.This role is for CT Quality Building Inspectors who work all over Darwin & surrounding areas.
They need a Pre-Purchase Building Inspector to go to site, and using an app, run through a checklist to find any and all potential problems with the property.It's a simple role, but very important.
The clients will mostly be conveyancers & home buyers and you will be the one to highlight any potential problems with the property.
It's a very rewarding job getting to help people with such an important life decision.They're looking for someone with a construction or structural engineering background but all other training is provided.
You will be given a schedule, and will go to various sites and do inspections.It's a very autonomous role.
The owner/manager is a great guy who treats his staff fairly and has made a great reputation for his business by providing a customer service that's much better than the industry standard.The role is Mon-Fri, no weekend work, and the start and finish times are a bit flexible but roughly 8-3:30 each day.If this sounds like a great next move for you, please apply nowYour application will include the following questions:Do you agree to the privacy policy of Talent X?
