Senior Occupational Therapist / Team LeaderLocation: Greater Western SydneySalary: Up to $115k + Super + Salary PackagingPosition SummaryIn this team leader position, you will oversee a dedicated team of allied health professionals and work directly with clients in day programs, home environments, and clinic settings. Your role will encompass a mix of client caseload management and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based service delivery that aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives.
