Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager | Global Fintech

Location: Sydney CBD – Hybrid Working (2 days in the office) Contract: 12-Month Initial Contract Salary: $684.65/day + Super (Equivalent to $178,000 + Super) A globally recognised SaaS company, renowned for its accounting and financial products and consistently ranked as one of Australia's top places to work, is seeking an experienced B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join its rapidly expanding team on an initial 12-month contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of content and campaigns designed to nurture and retain customers across APAC markets , while driving customer engagement and improving retention.
Key Responsibilities: Lead retention strategies focused on customer lifecycle, active usage, and feature adoption to drive retention and reduce churn across APAC.
Manage quarterly growth plans , set retention targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs.
Lead a multi-channel strategy to enhance customer experience and drive long-term business outcomes.
Leverage data and research to address customer challenges and create marketing plans based on insights and experimentation.
Apply AI and machine learning to deliver personalised customer experiences and content throughout the lifecycle.
Evaluate lifecycle campaigns regularly, using data to optimise performance and improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will have: 10+ years of experience leading customer marketing campaigns, preferably in lifecycle marketing.
Skilled in understanding customer behaviours and delivering exceptional experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Capable of distilling product benefits into relatable messaging and solving complex problems with actionable plans.
Proficient in making data-driven decisions , ensuring campaigns are tracked, evaluated, and aligned with business goals.
What's on Offer: Rate: $684.65 per day + Super (Equivalent to $178,000 + Super).
Hybrid Work Model: Flexible working, with two days required in the Sydney CBD office.
