In this role, you'll be a key member of the Executive Leadership team, providing financial expertise and strategic vision. You'll take ownership of financial management and compliance, ensuring the business operates at peak efficiency while maintaining its strong industry reputation. The company is looking for a passionate leader who thrives on creating high-performance cultures and delivering measurable results, while also safeguarding its core values and future aspirations.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute robust financial strategies that align with company goals.Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.Manage core financial functions such as accounting, treasury, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.Deliver clear insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives.Identify and address financial risks and opportunities with innovative solutions.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and a culture of high performance. Criteria: Over 15 years of experience in accounting and financeProven background in the property sectorExceptional communication skills with strong influencing capabilitiesExtensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reportingDemonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and solving complex challengesBachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountingCA, CPA, or ACCA qualified Note:
