Associate Level HVAC Mechanical Engineer Mechanical Engineer - Associate Executive Level
CBD Location Great Team Dynamic Working Environment Innovative Market Leader Great Prospects for Career Progression Reporting directly to the Director in charge, this is an autonomous role that allows full interaction with Clientele, Project Managers, and Internal and External design teams to deliver the complete design documentation of commercial projects from day one to construction completion.
Responsibilities include:
Full client briefing Budgets Reporting Sketch Design Full design documentation Representing the company throughout construction You will lead a dedicated multi-disciplined team to deliver various types of commercial projects.
You will possess a minimum of seven years (degree qualified) experience in the design and documentation of HVAC systems within commercial buildings for high-end office fit-outs, hospitality, data centers, and plant upgrades.
A Victorian Building Practitioners certificate would be an advantage but not mandatory.
You will be self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time to deliver and manage projects on time and in line with company quality expectations.
This includes managing other internal disciplines to provide the complete building services design package for the projects you undertake.
You will have a flexible and innovative approach to your work and work well in a small team environment.
From time to time, you may be required to assist other team leaders with design input for projects and lead by example, displaying a can-do attitude when satisfying the needs of projects and clients.
You will be encouraged to keep abreast of current and emerging trends within your discipline, including the Australian Building Code, OH&S compliance, NABERS, Green Star, and general good practice design.
Good communication skills are essential when communicating internally and externally with reports, presentations, and specification writing.
Required education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Required experience:
