(pro rata) + superannuation and Salary Sacrifice BenefitsTemporary up to 15/5/26 and part-time working 32 hours per weekAbout the Role As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services across a variety of health service settings.
This position offers the opportunity to develop from a competent practitioner into a proficient leader, further honing your clinical skills and knowledge.
You will be accountable for your own practice, providing guidance and support to less experienced staff, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, evidence-based care to patients.
In this leadership role, you will assist the Nurse Unit Manager (or equivalent) with the day-to-day operations of the ward/unit/service.
You will help promote continuity of care and collaborate with other AN/MUMs, while supporting the implementation of practice changes.
Additionally, you will contribute to key management responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, rostering, and financial planning.

About You We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional who meets the following key requirements:
Qualifications: Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practicing certificate.Experience: At least 3 years post-registration experience or classified as a Clinical Nurse, with supervision experience.Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills; ability to work effectively in a team.Knowledge: Solid understanding of healthcare legislation, quality improvement, and contemporary nursing issues.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
