The primary role of Technical Program Manager II is to manage end-to-end cross-functional delivery of software programs/projects in the Digital Provider space.
Key deliverables include requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals/deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budget, and implementation.
Management of projects in accordance with the ResMed Quality Management System (QMS).
Working with internal and external groups, suppliers, and other organizations as part of the delivery of the software system, including a focus on integration and test activities.
Let's talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of Technical Program Manager II specialization is to facilitate project and program level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive continuous improvement across the projects and programs.
Key responsibilities include: defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; overcoming resource constraints; managing risk and issues; identification of intra-project timing and dependencies; leadership, coaching, and mentoring teams to meet and exceed commitments; organizing and facilitating project status or agile ceremonies; preparing progress reports and communications for stakeholders.
Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Responsibilities might include:
(1) Performing routine professional-based activities (mid-career)
(2) Contributing to and managing projects (mid-career)
(3) Providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise (specialist and expert)
(4) Software release management (mid-career)
(5) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science / Computer Engineering)
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Working experience with Atlassian, Jira & Confluence
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
