Our cafes are located in some of the busiest hospitals in the country, and we are growing rapidly.

About the Role As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you are passionate about all things coffee
You will specialise in preparing coffees and other beverages, alongside exceptional customer service.
You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines.
You will also be responsible for:
Preparing and serving food and beverages.Managing stock levels.Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.Handling cash and card transactions.About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following: Ideally 1 year of cafe/hospitality experienceMust have flexible availabilityBarista skills and/or food prep knowledge advantageous (but not a must)Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong knowledge of general café operations in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWe're not just here for our customers' journeys - we want to make every career journey better too
