About the roleThis is a an initial 6 months contract (full-time) as a ServiceNow Trainer/Technical BA with high chances of extension / ongoing work.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
Deliver training sessions, develop training materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to users.
Assist end-users with creating dashboards and reports across a variety of modules and write knowledge based articles.
Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives.
Organise and facilitate workshops with the business/customers - Meeting with user groups to gather and analyse end user requirements as required.
Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement.
Develop functional specifications and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development.
Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to stakeholders.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancements.
Provide input directly into operational change management initiatives and training.
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of products through the ability to accurately explain core system functionality, module capability and configuration options.
Qualifications
Previous experience working as a ServiceNow trainer / technical business analyst in medium to large environments.
Extensive experience across ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC.
Previous experience in developing training materials and conducting interactive training sessions highly regarded.
Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artefacts/outputs.
Proven ability to adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
Industry certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ITIL Foundation certificate.
Outstanding level of written and oral communications skills, with a confident, personable and professional manner.
Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
