We're searching for a dedicated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Relief Coordinator to become a valued part of our dynamic team.

About the Role: Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you'll step into a leadership role where your enthusiasm and expertise will shine.
You'll mentor and guide a team of committed educators, ensuring exceptional care and seamless operations.

Job Requirements: Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
A strong understanding of Childcare legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and My Time Our Place.
Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
Proven leadership and team development skills.
