Our client is seeking a Cloud Security Specialist to join their dynamic team.
This role offers the opportunity to protect digital and information assets by managing vulnerability and configuration compliance scanning processes.
Opportunity to work in a dynamic teamChance to manage vulnerability and configuration compliance scanning processesPlatform for career growthWhat you'll do : Implement and manage cloud security policies using CSPM tools like Conformity, Prisma Cloud, etc.Regularly assess and analyze the security posture of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), identifying and mitigating risks.Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements through continuous monitoring and reporting.Collaborate with system administrators and development teams to validate, document, and remediate vulnerabilities identified in cloud environments.Conduct vulnerability assessments across Kubernetes, containers, serverless functions, and cloud-native applications.Utilize tools like Crowdstrike, Github Enterprise, Tenable Nessus, etc.
to identify, prioritize, and address vulnerabilities in cloud systems and code.What you bring : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security or a related field.Proven experience in cloud security with a focus on CPSM and VM.Certified in relevant certifications such as CCSK, CCSP, or equivalent.Strong understanding of cloud environments and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What sets this company apart : Our client is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
