You will be working with a very friendly and social team, who are highly skilled and will provide ongoing support.
About the role As the Jira/ Atlassian Specialist you will design, build, and maintain Jira environments tailored for technical development teams running full Agile projects.
This role requires expertise in configuring Jira for business squads within the financial services or insurance sectors The Jira/ Atlassian Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to: Architect Jira solutions to meet the specific needs of technical development teams (including ITSM).
Configure Jira projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and fields.
Implement and manage Agile methodologies within Jira, including Scrum and Kanban boards.
Ensure Jira is optimised for Agile processes, supporting sprints, backlogs, and epics.
Integrate Jira with other tools and platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Teams, Zephyr, Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack).
The successful Jira/ Atlassian Specialist have experience in the following: Proven experience in designing and building Jira environments for technical development teams.
Proficiency in Jira administration, including project configuration, workflow customisation, and dashboard creation.
Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons, such as ScriptRunner, Jira Service Management, and Portfolio for Jira.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
