The Role:
Due to continued growth, Cooper Grace Ward has an excellent opportunity for a driven and highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our property, planning and environment team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in environmental law, with a particular focus on environmental offsets and carbon sequestration and land access agreements and arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating environmental offsets and carbon sequestration agreementsCollaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with environmental regulations and sustainability goalsStay abreast of legislative changes and industry trendsContribute to the firm's expertise in environmental lawAbout you: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
