Fire Protection Compliance Manager

About the roleRedmen Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Compliance Manager to join our team in Sydney.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations for strata communities across the Greater Sydney and Central Coast region.
This position is integral to the ongoing success and growth of our fire protection services business.
What you'll be doing Conducting fire safety discussions with strata properties to identify compliance issuesDeveloping and implementing fire safety management plans for strata communitiesLiaising with strata managers, building owners and fire authorities to ensure all fire safety requirements are metProviding advice on fire safety regulations and best practicesMaintaining comprehensive records and documentation for all client propertiesSupervising and training junior members of the fire protection compliance teamWhat we're looking for A minimum of 5 years' experience in a fire safety or STRATA management role, preferably within the strata/facilities management industryKnowledge of relevant fire safety legislation, standards and regulations, including the Building Code of AustraliaExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with strata managers, building owners and authoritiesStrong attention to detail and the ability to prepare comprehensive compliance reportsProficient in the use of fire safety inspection and management softwareA relevant tertiary qualification in fire safety, building or property managementA current driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites across SydneyWhat we offerAt Redmen Fire Protection, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
