Your work will support the evaluation of operations and set the pace for network planning.Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships to report and visualise information, ensuring everyone is working from the same page with clear, actionable insights from available data.Strategic Advising: Offer your high-level strategic perspectives to our leadership team, shaping the future of our network analysis and operational modelling.Project Management: Take charge of multifaceted projects, from pioneering research to building sophisticated network analysis tools, ensuring each initiative enhances our investment decisions and operational effectiveness.Cross-functional Synergy: Collaborate across teams to develop vital tools and models your team needs, integrating with both internal systems and external partners to elevate our network analysis capabilities.
About you:As a prospective Manager in Network Analysis & Modelling, your expertise and leadership will be the driving force behind our innovative and impactful initiatives.Here's what you'll bring to the table:
Technical Acumen: You possess a wealth of experience and deep understanding in data analysis and/or operational modelling.
Your insights will guide critical decision-making.Project Management Prowess: Your exceptional project management skills mean you can successfully oversee a diverse range of network data analyses and modelling projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.Communication Expertise: With your advanced interpersonal abilities, you excel in distilling complex technical concepts into clear and concise communication, tailored to various audiences.Leadership Excellence: You are adept at leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team, promoting a culture of teamwork, skilful deployment of staff, and continuous professional development through strategic performance management.Strategic Relationship Building: Your forward-thinking approach allows you to establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
You know that successful programs and projects are a symphony of collaboration, aligned with our department's vision and objectives.
A degree from a recognised tertiary institution in data science, geospatial science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, economics, town planning, transport planning or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
