Hourly Rate: $32.24 per hourEmployment Type: Part TimeYour RoleAs a Grounds and Maintenance Officer, your role will assist in the upkeep and maintenance requirements of the Village. Your tasks will include:Perform gardening duties including mowing of all lawns, and ensuring edges and hedges are trimmed appropriately.Maintain the village grounds, interior, and building surrounds in a neat, clean, tidy and presentable condition.Manage garbage disposal and maintain cleanliness of outside areas/pool areas.Assist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of equipment.Report on any hazards or security breaches to the Retirement Village Concierge.Maintain the village's relevant equipment and supplies, and arrange replacement when necessary.Perform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles including courier and delivery duties (as required).Your AttributesWe're looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our resident's lives.
