Jones Radiology offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Referrer Liaison Officer to be the face of our premium brand in the market.
This is a maternity leave cover position, with the potential for ongoing commitment.

Representing Jones Radiology means showcasing cutting-edge medical imaging technology, including some of the first of its kind in Australia.
In this unique role, you'll balance relationship building with sales, strengthening referrals from current and potential referrers while effectively communicating the value of our innovative services.

Your efforts will not only drive sales revenue growth and increase market share but also provide invaluable feedback on referrer needs and competitor activity, shaping strategic decisions and contributing to the continued success of Jones Radiology.
Internal Contacts Reports directly to Referrer Liaison ManagerReports indirectly to the Chief Marketing OfficerWorks closely with the management team, including Area Manager/s, Doctors, Chief Technologists, and Office Managers/SupervisorsCollaborates with members of each clinic and the regional management teamCollaborates with other Referrer Liaison Officers at Jones RadiologyExternal Contacts Cultivates relationships with referring doctors and allied health professionalsEstablishes connections with local communities in which our clinics are locatedQualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Healthcare Management)Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationshipsAdept at conveying complex medical information in an understandable mannerSelf-motivated, with a results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of the healthcare industry, radiology, and medical terminology is a plusFamiliarity with relevant software and toolsKey Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, allied health professionals, and other key stakeholders.Promote and articulate the value of Jones Radiology's services and products to referrers.Gather feedback from referrers and relay this information to internal stakeholders.Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing referrals and market share.Coordinate and participate in educational events and meetings to engage with referrers and keep them informed.Represent Jones Radiology at professional body events and engage with the local community.Why Choose Jones Radiology?
