Senior Finance Business Partner

An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a highly driven Senior Finance Business Partner to help continue the impressive growth of the business within their Australian and international operations.
The role will serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and leadership team, providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial data to support business decision-making.
The role will play a key role in the preparation of financial statements, management of key performance metrics, and in-depth business analysis across various functions of the business.
Reporting to both the General Manager and the Chief Financial Officer, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaboration with the GM and leadership teamEnd-to-end financial budgeting and reportingPreparation of month-end financial statementsFinancial performance analysis including variance analysis & modelling creationCollaborate with key stakeholders to address performance issues and better understand variancesLead/manage agreed performance improvement tasksManage the financial budget review program with key stakeholdersAssist key stakeholders and business teams to address general queries and ad hoc analysis as requestedUndertake analysis across Sales, Pricing/Margin, Supply Chain & Operational Performance, and Expense Management. The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills within a similar dynamic and fast-paced commercial environment:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.A relevant Commerce, Business, Finance, or Accounting degreeCA / CPA QualifiedExtensive financial modelling experienceAdvanced MS Office applications and excellent presentation and reporting skillsAbility to communicate to non-financial stakeholdersStrong analytical ability and disciplined approachFocus on delivery of financial targetsExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well, develop strong relationships with people at all levels, and exceptional customer focusDemonstrated ability to conduct internal audit investigations and drive performance improvement opportunitiesAbility to follow through on set tasks and effectively manage priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
