SIRRAS is seeking Subcontractor Vetting Analysts in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.
As a Vetting Analyst, you'll be responsible for assessing Commonwealth Security Clearance candidates at the highest levels.
What we offerControl your own workload and working hoursEnjoy flexibility of working from home, with local travel to attend onsite interviewsComprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed.Ongoing support from our dedicated vetting support team, who are available to answer questions, provide up-to-date advice and share best practice tips.Easily request, track and manage your workflow through our streamlined custom platform.About the roleSubcontractor Vetting Analysts assess and determine an individual's suitability to hold a clearance in adherence to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), relevant legislation, and client service delivery standards and timeframes.
Collect information through on-site interviews and personnel security checksUse advanced interviewing techniques to build rapport and gather detailed informationApply evidence-based analysis to form professional risk-based determinationsTo applyWe are seeking dedicated, self-motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work in support of Australia's National Security.

Proven interviewing experience is highly desirableSecurity vetting, investigations, interviewing or human intelligence experience is highly desirableYou must be an Australian CitizenYou must hold a current driver's licence and be able to travel locallyYou must meet, or be able to meet, the Prequalification RequirementsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
